Intersection Alternatives

The intersections of Bass Lane and Lincoln Road are being considered for either a roundabout or a signal in the future. Both options are expected to reduce peak hour congestion in the future.

Currently, the recommendation is for roundabouts since they typically result in 40-50% fewer crashes than a traffic signal (and less severe crashes) and result in less delay during off-peak times.
