Welcome to the final Online Open House and Workshop for the Florence Transportation System Plan Update (TSP)! This Open House and Workshop provides the opportunity for community members to share their feedback and see the progress on work conducted as part of the ongoing TSP update. Your feedback is vital as it will help us to create a transportation system that meets the needs of everyone in our community.
In each "room" (or tabs located on the top of this page), you will find information about current activities to create an updated TSP for the City of Florence. Each room corresponds to a specific topic.
About the Project: provides general information on the project, including “What is a transportation system plan and why does it need to be updated?”.
Preferred Roadway Alternatives: presents preferred alternatives intended to address roadway system needs, including new street connections, intersection enhancements, and traffic safety improvements.
Preferred Pedestrian Alternatives: presents preferred alternatives intended to address pedestrian system needs, including new sidewalks, crosswalks, and multi-use paths.
Preferred Bicycle Alternatives: presents alternatives intended to address bicycle system needs, including new bike lanes, shared-lane pavement markings.
Preferred Transit Alternatives: presents alternatives intended to address public transit system needs, including new services and stop enhancements.
Preferred Traffic Safety Alternatives: presents alternatives intended to address traffic safety issues and concerns throughout the city.
Preferred Parking Management Alternatives: presents alternatives intended to address parking concerns within Old Town and in select areas throughout the city.
