Sidewalk System

Sidewalks are provided primarily along arterials and collectors in the denser residential and commercial areas of Town. Areas of Town away from the downtown core are less likely to have an existing or complete sidewalk system. The figure below illustrates available information on the Town’s existing sidewalk system.

The Town would benefit from a complete sidewalk system along its arterials and collectors, consistent with the Town’s street standards, to improve comfort and convenience for people walking.
