Note: the survey uses the acronym STIF. This stands for Oregon's Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF). This fund provides a new dedicated source of funding from state payroll tax to expand public transportation to access jobs, improve mobility, relieve congestion, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions around Oregon.
