Existing Conditions

To understand existing walking, rolling, and bicycling conditions across Placer County today, a comprehensive data collection, inventory, and network assessment was conducted to understand existing active transportation facilities and conditions countywide (excluding Roseville and the Tahoe Basin). Key destinations for walking, rolling, and biking were also inventoried. Walking, rolling, and biking facilities and destinations are mapped in the exhibits to the right, shown countywide and summarized for selected communities.
