Peer Interviews

Conduct current state of practice review through interviews with peer states (up to four DOTs as determined by Agency as informed by Contractor) and literature review of market (vendor product specs), academic (Academic Research, TRB, NCHRP papers) and practitioner (AASHTO, FHWA). The Agency will provide relevant survey responses from a recent state DOT survey.
