Alternatives Evaluation Workshop

Welcome to the Alternative Evaluation Workshop room.

The project team has taken feedback from the Concept Development Workshop conducted in-person from September 11-13 and consolidated the concepts developed into representative alternatives. These alternatives were then evaluated against the project goals to identify the most promising alternatives.

The purpose of this room is to:

• Review the comment on the most promising corridor alignment, intersection, and transition concepts while considering the project goals, objectives, and evaluation criteria.

While you are here, please:

• Review the presentations given at the Concept Development Workshop and the Alternative Evaluations Workshop

• Review the alternatives for the following project elements:

  -Highway Alignment Alternatives
  -Intersection Alternatives
  -Highway Transition Alternatives

• Print the Alternative Evaluation Workbook

Alternatives within the workbook are categorized as Green, Yellow, or Red.

• Green: most promising, recommended for further review
• Yellow: somewhat promising, consideration for no further review
• Red: least promising, recommended for no further review

For Green alternatives:

• Mark "Yes" if you agree the alternative should be evaluated
• Mark "No" if you don't agree the alternative should be evaluated

For Yellow alternatives:

• Place "X" in the column if you would like these concepts to have further review

For Red alternatives:

• Place "X" in the column if you would like these concepts to have further review
