Project Goals and Evaluation Criteria

The project goals were developed early in the planning process based on a review of the City’s current Transportation System Plan (TSP) and Comprehensive Plan. The goals were used to guide the planning process as well as to develop evaluation criteria. The projects included in the planned and financially constrained transportation systems were identified as high, medium, and low priority projects based on the evaluation criteria.
