Draft Plan

Welcome to the Orange Room: Draft Plan! Here you will have the opportunity to learn more about the Gambell Street Redevelopment and Implementation Plan.

The plan includes two items:

1. A Redevelopment Plan that identifies and evaluates potential improvements to Gambell Street from 3rd Avenue to 20th Avenue; and

2. An Implementation Plan that identifies the preferred implementation plans and cost estimates, funding mechanisms, recommended future actions and studies, adoption process, and pre-adoption activities.

Some visual representations of the preferred alternative described in the Implementation Plan are provided to the right.
