Existing Conditions Inventory and Analysis

The first steps to updating a TSP is 1) conduct an inventory of the transportation system and 2) conduct an analysis of the multimodal transportation system. This process helps identify what transportation improvements are most needed moving forward. An additional step is to identify historically and projected revenue and expenditures to identify feasible improvements.
