The pedestrian system within Molalla consists of sidewalks, shared-use paths, off street trails, as well as marked and unmarked, signalized and unsignalized pedestrian crossings. These facilities provide residents with the ability to access local retail/commercial centers, recreational areas, and other land uses by foot. A safe, convenient, and continuous network of pedestrian facilities is essential to establishing a vibrant and healthy community while supporting the local economy within the City.
